This privacy policy describes how the TimashevBrand application ("the App") handles user data when used by Aleksey Timashev (sole proprietor) to manage his own personal social media presence.
TimashevBrand is a personal content management tool used solely by its operator. There are no other users. The App does not collect, process, or store any data from third parties.
The App accesses content the operator explicitly creates and chooses to publish through the App: text drafts, generated images, voice messages (transcribed locally with OpenAI Whisper), and uploaded media files.
Data is used solely for the purpose of publishing the operator's authored content to his own connected social media accounts: Threads, Instagram, Facebook Page, VK, Telegram channel. No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or profiling.
Content sent through the App is stored temporarily on the App's server (located at Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany) for the purpose of cross-posting and is automatically deleted within 30 days. Generated images are stored in a public-readable directory only long enough for Meta servers to fetch them during cross-post (typically less than 5 minutes).
The App uses official APIs from: Meta Platforms (Threads, Instagram, Facebook), VK, Telegram, OpenAI (Claude/GPT/Whisper), Anthropic (Claude), Pollinations.ai (image generation), Google Generative AI (Gemini, optional fallback). Each platform's data handling is governed by their respective privacy policies.
The operator (Aleksey Timashev) can request deletion of all app-stored data at any time by following the instructions at Data Deletion Instructions.
