TimashevBrand is a personal content management application built and operated by Aleksey Timashev (Russian sole proprietor / ИП) for managing his own social media accounts. It is a single-user application — there are no end-users besides the operator himself.
The App operator (Aleksey Timashev) is solely responsible for the content published through the App, including compliance with each social platform's content policies and applicable laws.
The App is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator assumes all risks associated with use of the App, including but not limited to risk of account suspension, content moderation, or service interruption by third-party platforms.
The App operates in compliance with: Meta Platform Terms, VK API Agreement, Telegram API Terms, and the respective Developer Policies of each connected platform.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App by the operator after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
